Sometimes, it is the hunger pang... that is manageable. Sometimes, it is the craving..., which is hard to fight.

Added regions to the target range of exercise, calories, fasting, and weight. Ate lots of sugar today (in frozen yogurt), which I am trying to avoid. I am struggling with both hunger and cravings, but powering through.
